What is the best way to contact Create Better Writers?

Currently, email is the most effective way. Email is checked often. Time zone changes and staff availability often make returning calls difficult. Usually, responses by email are faster.

Do you take purchase orders?

Yes. You can download an order form by clicking "Purchase Orders" here.

Can I order over the phone?

Unfortunately, our business is entirely web based. If you need special ordering information, please email for your request.

Is the Shopping Cart secure?

Yes. We use the same secure shopping cart system that the major companies use. It is highly secure. You can also pay via PayPal during the checkout process.

Can I order using PayPal even if I don't have a PayPal account?

Yes. Next to the log in box is a link stating: "Don't Have a PayPal Account?". Click continue and you may enter your billing information and complete your checkout.

When do you do your workshops?

Between June 15 and September 5, schools can book a workshop for writing, grammar, or a combination of the two. Please email for cost information. Additionally, workshops that are open to everyone will be scheduled. For information about these workshops, please join our free monthly newsletter.

What is the return policy?

Soft cover purchases can be cancelled within 24 hours of the order. Returns are allowed within 30 days with a 20% fee. eBook sales are final.

Any personal information collected from newsletter signup or purchases is for internal use only and will never be shared or sold.
