After graduating with a Master’s degree in Literature, I decided the classics weren’t always as much fun as movies, genre fiction, and binge-watching bad TV.
When not writing or doing other bookish things, I love to travel—especially to places with scuba diving and haunted tours—kayak with my husband in the
Puget Sound, and wrangle my three kids and an anxiety-ridden pomchipoo.
After a three year break from writing and a stint in yoga therapy, I discovered a strong connection between writing and physical, emotional, and mental wellness. Once I got myself to a good place, I became unstoppable in my writing production and have made it my mission to help others find helpful techniques in order to attain their own writing goals.
